WARRANTIES, RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Subject to clause 9.c, we'll send you replacement Products or refund the price to you, on request if, within 7 Business Days after we send you a Delivery Notice. You return the Products to us and write and let us know that you are doing so because the Products:I. Delivered aren't what you ordered; or
II. The Products were damaged on delivery; or
III. You write and let us know that your Products haven't arrived and our courier confirms that;
Subject to clause 9, within1 year of your order, you find that the Products are defective, please return them to us. If we find that the Products are defective and not repairable, we'll replace them.
Our warranties in this clause don't cover:
I. Wear and tear associated with normal use;
II. Any modification, abuse, accident, disassembly, misapplication or unauthorised repair;
III. Any improper use, including any use not in accordance with any supplied Product instructions;
IV. Connection to an improper voltage supply
(e.g. Android voltage supply with output 5V-1A, other connectors might be too powerful);
V. Overcharging the device -The recommended charging time is max 3 hours at a time.
VI. Any other cause which does not relate to a defect in the materials or workmanship.
VII. Water damage
If we repair or replace the Products in terms of clause 9.a or 9.b, we'll bear the risk and cost of returning them.
If damage was caused in terms of clause 9.c, courier, labor and any parts required will be payable by you. Repairs will only be done once payment received.
In case of point 3.I; replacement or refund will only be done if return Product received is in impeccable condition. If product has visible wear & tear, but does have a manufacturing defect, only repairs to manufacturing defect will be done. No refunds or replacement of used products.
After 7 days, return of product must be done at own cost. Product can only be returned if:
I. You have a warranty certificate
II. Your warranty period has not expired
III. You have contacted our Support team to determine best solution;
IV. You have a technician booking reference issued by our support team
